A caller reported an armed robbery in progress in front of “12th St. Rag” tavern, 69443 Roosevelt. Two masked men in dark clothing were seen struggling with a third man. One witness tried to chase the offenders in his van when they fled on foot.

At 5:40 AM, when the victim went outside to throw trash in the dumpster, a masked man grabbed him and pulled him to the ground. The victim’s elbows and knees were injured in the process.
