A Berwyn man told police he was riding southbound on Ridgeland on his motorcycle when a black Nissan SUV in front of him signaled a right turn at 28th but actually turned left, cutting off the cyclist.&amp;nbsp; The victim lost control of the motorcycle.&amp;nbsp; He said the SUV driver looked back and saw what happened but left the scene.&amp;nbsp; The victim told police the license plate number of the SUV; the owners will be notified by mail.</description>

Police in the 6500 block of Stanley encountered two men arguing over a driving incident.&amp;nbsp; One man, a 43&#45;year&#45;old Berwyn resident, told police he shoved the other man away in self defense.&amp;nbsp; The other man, the victim said, punched him in the face, leaving a mark and breaking his glasses.&amp;nbsp; Police arrested the offender, a 38&#45;year&#45;old man from the 2200 block of south Avers, Chicago.&amp;nbsp; Ultimately, the offender offered $100 in compensation to the victim.&amp;nbsp; The victim chose not to sign a complaint.</description>

A nun told police that while he was shopping at Walgreen&#8217;s in Cermak Plaza, someone stole her wallet out of her purse.&amp;nbsp; The wallet contained an ID, a credit card and $50 cash.&amp;nbsp; The victim told police she suspected a man who stood very close to her in one store aisle, asking her what lotion she recommends.&amp;nbsp;</description>

Police encountered a 1998 Ford Truck stopped in the westbound lane of Cermak at Ridgeland.&amp;nbsp; The truck was in drive and its brake lights were one.&amp;nbsp; The driver was asleep.&amp;nbsp; Police woke the 28&#45;year&#45;old man, a resident of the 1400 block of Maple, and learned his license had been taken away by the State.&amp;nbsp; The truck was impounded. The driver was cited for driving on a revoked license, no insurance and improper parking in the roadway.</description>

Police found gang graffiti on two garages in the 2200 block of Home, and on another in the 2300 block.&amp;nbsp; There was more of the same on a garage in the 2200 block of Grove and on three in the 2200 block of Clinton.

Even more gang graffiti, this time on the alley wall of a medical office in the 3200 block of Harlem.&amp;nbsp; Later in the day, more graffiti was found at two other addresses in the same block.

Red gang graffiti defaced a garage door in the 1800 block of Highland.

An officer responding to a call about a disturbance in the 1800 block of Harlem alley saw no disturbance, but did see a 19&#45;year&#45;old woman who said her brother had caused a problem at her home on the block and was asked to leave.&amp;nbsp; She said he fled at the sight of police.&amp;nbsp; A check of the man&#8217;s name revealed an active no&#45;bond arrest warrant out of Cook County for possession of a controlled substance.&amp;nbsp; Police caught sight of the man in the cemetery west of the 1800 block of Harlem, but lost him.&amp;nbsp; When the officer returned to the young woman&#8217;s address, the man was seen standing out front.&amp;nbsp; After another foot chase, police arrested Anthony J. Arnone, 21, of Cicero, and processed him for the warrant.</description>

Police saw several men yelling at each other inside the Mobil Gas station store, 6701 Cermak.&amp;nbsp; One man&#8212;a 38&#45;year&#45;old resident of the 1400 block of Clinton&#8212;told police he had gone to a bar across the street to collect his 23&#45;year&#45;old girlfriend.&amp;nbsp; The woman, however, did not wish to leave, so the bar owner asked the man to leave.&amp;nbsp; The man admitted he called the bar&#45;owner an insulting name and told him not to get involved; he also insulted several other people in the process.&amp;nbsp; When the offender left, the insulted persons followed him across the street.&amp;nbsp; The offender was sent on his way after it was made clear to him that he was no longer welcome in the bar.</description>

A woman was seen with her head down, slowly crossing the Burlington Northern train tracks at Oak Park Avenue.&amp;nbsp; She did not respond when the conductor sounded the train&#8217;s horn.&amp;nbsp; The engineer told police he heard the impact when the train struck the woman:&amp;nbsp; Linda L. Barkley, 57, of the 6700 block of Stanley.&amp;nbsp; Items recovered after the accident included a duffel bag, a walking cane and a rosary.</description>
