Women help boy chase attackers

Police answering calls about a fight found a white Chevy Alero at 25th and Grove; two women and a 15-year-old boy were in the car. The three said the boy was riding his bike in the 6700 block of 26th when three males approached, demanded the bike, and punched the boy in the head. The women said they recognized the boy, let him in the car and began to hunt for the offending bike thieves.
