Women accuse doctor of fondling

A 31-year-old Cicero woman reported going to a doctor in the 6900 block of Cermak to be treated for depression. She said the doctor, Ricardo Arze, MD, quizzed her about her sex life and fondled her. Other women came forward with similar complaints during an extended investigation. Arze was charged with four counts of battery.
