Berwyn Police Blotter

Woman tips off cops to wanted boyfriend

June 2, 2007, 3:03 PM
A woman stopped an officer on Windsor near Grove to say her live-in boyfriend was wanted by Cicero Police.  The boyfriend allegedly came to her workplace in Cicero and hit her.  She told the officer she believed the boyfriend was currently in their apartment, and thus available for pickup by police.  Cicero police confirmed the warrant on the 37-year-old man, and Berwyn police delivered him to the Cicero lockup.
