Windstar blows stop

An officer monitoring the stop signs at 13th and Grove saw a green Ford Windstar drive through one without stopping. Driver Benito Fuentes, 58, of the 1200 block of Home, had a license that expired a year ago April. He was charged with disregarding the posted stop sign and driving on an expired license.
