Who’s calling who a lowlife?

An Oak Park woman told police she parked her car in the 6900 block of Windsor upon arriving at work in the morning. When she went to her car at 2:30 PM, she found a note on her windshield. The note—written on a paper towel—read, “Lowlife park in your own town Oak Park. I got your license plate. I will report you to Berwyn police”. The victim said she always parks in the same place and has never before had a problem.
