Callers complained of “rowdy youths” in the 3700 block of Gunderson. A responding officer noticed a man walking in the area and asked him what he was doing. Marcus A. Serrano, 24, of the 3600 block of Clarence, replied that he was walking home from the 39th St. Pub. A check of Serrano’s name revealed he was wanted on a Cook County arrest warrant, so he was taken into custody.
