Victim sees two flee scene of damaged Jeep

A man in the 1500 block of Highland told police he heard the car alarm on his Jeep. When he went outside, he saw a green-blue Dodge Ram van leaving the scene, headed south on Highland. The Jeep was found with a broken out window, though nothing was taken. The witness said at least two men were in the Dodge.
