Vandalism victims have a pretty good idea of who’s to blame

A Chevy sedan was in the 3600 block of Grove found with a smashed windshield and all four tires punctured. There was also gang graffiti—yes, same gang that’s been scribbling garbage all over town—on the garage door; the victim suspects a woman from the 3600 block of Clarence.

A man in the 3700 block of Wenonah told police he found a tire slashed on his van. He added that three of his employees had recently threatened him.
