Vagrant complaint

A Depot District business owner asked police to check frequently in the 6700 block of Stanley for a male vagrant. The vagrant apparently developed the habit of sleeping behind the business in the mornings and late afternoons. The business owner described the unwanted man as having long brown hair and beard, dressed in a green coat and brown pants.
