Vacant-apartment lurker

The owner of a building in the 2300 block of Lombard reported seeing a man pacing in the bedroom of a vacant apartment. The man claimed he had bought the building, but the owner knew otherwise; the building was not even for sale. The trespasser was described as a male white about age 40, 5’5”, 150 lbs, with blond slicked-back hair, dressed in a white T-shirt and jeans. The offender also had a neck tattoo that said “LOLA”.
