UPS delivery reveals presence of fugitive

A Berwyn detective. aware the US Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force had an active warrant for a 19-year-old man, put the man’s house under surveillance.  Police were able to identify the wanted man when he opened the door to accept a UPS delivery.  Police arrested Daniel C. Herrera, of the 2600 block of Harvey, then turned him over; the warrant was for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
