Unlicensed woman ticketed in accident

After an accident at 16th and East, an involved driver told police via interpreter that she had no driver’s license.  Yaneth Espino, 24, of Cicero, received tickets for driving without a license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to place a child under 6 in a safety restraint.
