Unlicensed man cited in accident

Police ticketed a Cicero man involved in a Berwyn accident.  Salvador Ortiz, 24, was driving a red Dodge Durango registered to another Cicero man.  He received citations for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, following too closely and driving without a license.  The owner of the Dodge was ticketed for letting an unlicensed driver use his vehicle.
