Unlicensed juvenile speeding after curfew

An officer stopped a grey Nissan Altima at Cermak and Gunderson because it was doing 40 MPH in a 20 MPH zone. The Altima was registered to a woman, but was driven by a 16-year-old male juvenile from Hillside. The boy had no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. He was arrested and cited for the above traffic violations, as well as with violating curfew, then was turned over to his mother’s custody.
