Unlicensed drivers stopped

An officer saw an Acura change lanes without signaling and stopped the car at Clinton and Ogden. Driver Alvaro Hernandez-Vazquez, 21, of Oak Lawn, was charged with failure to signal, no insurance and driving without a license.

In the 2100 block of Highland, an officer saw a red Pontiac Sunfire driving northbound, although that’s a one-way southbound street. Driver Adolfo Perez, 50, of Cicero, was cited for disobeying the one-way sign, no insurance and no license.
