What everyone else learned in kindergarten: clean up after yourself

Residents in the 6500 block of 28th place, west side, showed police debris left after a neighbor threw a party which spread into the alley. Police saw beer bottles, wine bottles and broken glass strewn throughout the alley. The smashed and improperly-disposed-of bottles matched brands found in the trash cans of the party house. Complainants told police this is an ongoing problem.
