August 10, 2008, 2:19 AM
Police sent to a disturbance inside Acapulco Mariscos restaurant, 6326 Cermak, found a Cicero man with a bloody, injured face.  A Chicago man was arrested; as he was being escorted the squad car, a man near the door came at the officer and threw a punch that hit the prisoner in the face.  The second man, 23-year-old Ever Ariaga of Cicero, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.  Alejandro Flores, 24, of the 2500 block of north Parkside, Chicago, was charged with battery. The victim, Omar Ariaga of Cicero, was wanted on a $20,000 warrant out of DuPage County for driving with a suspended license.
