Traffic-blocking SUV driven by guy holding someone else’s license

August 6, 2007, 1:49 PM
An officer on Vacin at Lombard honked to make a maroon Mitsubishi Endeavor move out of the way of through traffic.  The SUV did not move, however, until the officer turned on lights and sirens—then it pulled over.  Driver Adolfo Rosales, 20, of Cicero, was cited for driving without a valid license, expired insurance and improper parking on the roadway.  The officer noted that Rosales had in his possession an Illinois driver’s license belonging to one “Arturo Zamudio”.  The item was confiscated and submitted to the Secretary of State.
