November 15, 2008, 2:22 AM
Police came to 23rd and Cuyler on reports of a fight in the street.  What they found was two men walking.  One, an 18-year-old from the 2400 block of Highland, told police four guys jumped him and his 18-year-old cousin, a Chicago resident.  The first man suffered a cut lip.  The Chicagoan had a tooth knocked out.  Anonymous witness reported seeing three men flee the scene.
