Too much sound, you must impound

A loud black BMW was stopped by a police sergeant at 24th and Cuyler for violating the noise ordinance. Driver Juan C. Haro, 21, of Cicero, got the $500 ticket and the BMW was towed away.

Same place, same problem: a black Nissan Altima was towed for being too loud. The ticket went to Cicero driver Shadi Saleh.
