Three-car crash features unlicensed driver

An accident at Oak Park and 28th involved a Mitsubishi Galant, a Chevy pickup and a red Cadillac Deville. The Mitsubishi driver was unable to present police with the required valid license, producing instead a Mexican license. In addition, police learned the woman had been suspended for driving unlicensed in the past. Liliana I. Martinez Espino, 32, of 3708 Clarence, was charged with following too closely and driving while under suspension. Because of the latter offense, the Mitsubishi was impounded.
