SUV backs into parked car, takes off without explanation

Witnesses near Lalo’s, 3011 Harlem, told police a silver, newer SUV—possibly a Ford Explorer—backed out of its parking space, hit an unoccupied 2004 Nissan X-Terra and fled the scene.
