The victim of a car burglary told police he parked his car in the 6400 block of 19th at 3:30 AM, then smoked a cigarette.  As he smoked, he said, he noticed a man walking back and forth between the Ridgeland/Elmwood alley and Elmwood Avenue.  The victim said he then moved his car around the corner to the 1900 block of Elmwood and entered his residence.  When he returned to the vehicle at 10:20 AM, he found the driver door ajar.  His Kenwood stereo/CD player and about 300 CDs were stolen.  The victim described the suspicious person as a male Hispanic in his early 30s, 5’6”, 155 lbs, dressed in a white T-shirt and blue jean shorts, and with a shaved head.
