Suspended Cicero driver blows stop at Scoville

An officer saw a white Oldsmobile disobey the stop sign at 24th and Scoville. The car was impounded after it was determined that the license of Julio Salasa, 21, of Cicero, had been suspended. He was cited for the blown stop, the suspended driving and no insurance.
