Speeding without a license

A Chevy Corsica was pulled over at Ridgeland and Ogden for speeding 48 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. Driver Adalberto Hernandez, 25, of the 5200 block of south Troy, Chicago, was cited for speeding, no valid license and no insurance.

At Harlem and 34th, police clocked a silver Dodge minivan doing 47 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. Driver Moises Rosales, 35, of Franklin Park, received tickets for speeding and driving unlicensed.
