Sounds a lot like a school uniform

Police received reports of people smoking crack between buildings in the 1900 block of Oak Park Avenue. Complainants said the two people seen were a heavy male Hispanic and a “masculine-looking” female white with a ponytail, and stated the male is involved in regular drug buys in the same location. Callers also reported one of the back yards adjacent to the crack-smoking scene often contains a group of teenagers smoking marijuana cigars while dressed in blue polo shirts and tan pants.
