Single headlight, passing on right, causes for stop

An officer noticed a blue Mercury Marquis southbound on Oak Park Avenue in the 2200 block,with only one working head light. The Mercury passed other traffic on the right using the “right turn only” lane at Cermak, and was pulled over. Driver Eleuterio Salinas, 25, of the 2400 block of Gunderson, identified himself with a state ID rather than the requested license and insurance cards. The car was impounded; Salinas was cited for driving despite a suspended license, no insurance, a single head light, and improper overtaking on the right.
