Shave-headed man seen in mid-vandalism

A witness told police a male in an older red vehicle with temporary plates pulled into the Berwyn Public Library parking lot, 2701 Harlem, and used a bat to strike a blue Cadillac Deville several times; after the offender was done hitting the Caddy, he stopped to remove the temporary plates from the red car before leaving the scene. The witness described the vandal as a male Hispanic, 16-20 years old, in a white T-shirt, with a shaved head.
