Scale, pot, recovered in street stop

An officer, patrolling the 1800 block of Scoville because of a recent rash of burglary, theft and graffiti, stopped 22-year-old Nickolas Dragisic , of the 1400 block of Elmwood. The officer observed Dragisic’s bloodshot eyes and smelled a marijuana odor about his person, and conducted a patdown. A hard object in Dragisic’s jacket pocket turned out to be a silver-colored hard plastic scale; also recovered was a clear bag of marijuana weighing 14.5 grams. Dragisic received a $400 possession ticket.
