Right turn with flagrant disregard for other lanes of traffic

A black Isuzu Rodeo cut off other cars when it made a right turn from the center lane rather than the right lane in the 7200 block of Ogden. Jose Lopez, 26, of Joliet, was cited for improper lane usage and driving without a license.
