Pot-toting man ticketed for railroad safety violation

At Harlem and the BNSF tracks, police found a 42-year-old Cicero sitting on a station platform, dangling his legs over the tracks. Dino J. Galuzzi, was found to be wanted in Florida. He was ticketed for being on the tracks yet not at the crosswalk. A bag inside his sweater contained 8 grams of marijuana.
