Passing miscalculation

At 19th and Euclid, vehicle A tried to pass vehicle B while vehicle B was trying to parallel park, hitting B. Driver Crystal S. Williams, 24, of the 1900 block of Euclid, was charged with improper passing. The other driver, however, had a license that expired more than a year ago; Michella K. Smith, 27, of the same block, was charged with that offense.
