Passed out on the sidewalk

A caller told police a man was sleeping on the sidewalk in the 2100 block of Harvey. The responding officer found a 27-year-old man from the 5000 block of west George, Chicago, sound asleep. When the officer woke him, the man sat up, and a glass crackpipe fell off his abdomen. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
