Parole violator caught on Clarence

A caller reported a suspicious man on the front porch of a building in the 1200 block of Clarence. Police arrived to find a former building resident, 20-year-old Derrick Robinson, also known as “Ernest Cummings”. A check of his name(s) showed he was wanted on a “no bond” warrant for violating parole. The Illinois Dept. of Corrections was notified and agreed to pick him up.
