Parked, with pot

An officer in a covert vehicle noticed a man sitting in a parked car with its lights off at Vacin and Gunderson. The officer asked 35-year-old Brandon K. Chun of Cicero, what was going on. Chun told the officer he was visiting a woman friend, but was unsure of her exact address; he also stated he parked in Vacin rather than on Gunderson because the woman has a boyfriend. A search of Chun’s jacket yielded a plastic bag containing 1.5 grams of marijuana, for which he received a $100 possession ticket.
