Palos Park resident threatens man, scares woman

April 7, 6:48 PM
A woman bartender at Tapp City, 6709 26th Street, said a former patron has been threatening her and another bar employee.  The man, Roland Pascua, is 46 and lives in Palos Park.  He is deaf and has been banned from Tapp City for his behavior toward this woman.  She reported that today Pascua threw a water bottle toward the bar, then placed a threatening note on the car of a male bar employee he mistakenly thinks is dating the woman bartender.  The woman is trying to get an order of protection against Pascua.
