Noise offending vehicles hooked up, towed off

A maroon Ford Expedition was stopped for excessive noise in the 6400 block of Cermak. Driver Jose A. Canales was cited for the offense; the SUV was impounded.

Police stopped a blue 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood for violating the noise ordinance. The $500 ticket went to driver Vincent Pedraza, 24, of the 1800 block of Oak Park; the car was impounded.
