“No parking” rule flouted, cars towed

Nicor posted no parking signs in the 3200 block of Kenilworth, yet three cars were parked there.  A black 2007 Ford 2-door, an old white Lincoln Continental and a 2000 silver Olds Intrigue were all relocated by tow truck.
