Mustang impounded

A black Ford Mustang was stopped in the 1500 block of Oak Park because its driver wore no seat belt. Driver Oscar O. Cruz Sanchez, 26, of the 7000 block of 16th, told the officer he forgot his license at home. A check of his name revealed his license had been suspended. The car was impounded. The driver was charged with driving on a suspended license, no seat belt and no insurance.
