Missing plate, blown stop, wrong plates and three suspended licenses

A Grey Chrysler minivan was stopped at 16th and Gunderson because it lacked the required front license plate. Driver Ta Shima L. Hoover, 36, of Cicero, initially told police she had forgotten her driver’s license at home. A check of her name showed the license had been suspended, so the van was impounded. Hoover was cited for no front plate and driving on a suspended license.
4:40 PM
At 24th and Elmwood, police saw a blue Chrysler 300 disregard a stop sign. Driver Alexander Montesdeoca, 25, of the 2100 block of Harvey, was cited for that and for driving on a suspended license; the car was impounded.

At 16th and Grove, police ran the plates of a silver 1992 Chrysler Imperial; the plates were registered to a 1994 Ford Taurus. Driver Andrew J. MCCormick, 23, of the 1500 block of Euclid, was cited for improper use of registration, no insurance and driving despite his suspended license. The Chrysler was impounded because of the suspension.
