Loud vehicles impounded

A white Yukon, heard violating Berwyn’s noise ordinance from the 6600 to 6400 blocks of Cermak, was impounded. The $500 ticket was issued to driver Jose Rene Avalos, 34, of the 2700 block of south Keeler, Chicago.
4:15 PM
A maroon Tahoe was impounded after police stopped it at 16th and Wesley for excessive noise. Driver Juan C. Morales, 33, of the 1300 block of Grove, was cited for the violation.
