Loud enough for neighbors to call police goes beyond “a little too loud”

Police sent to a street disturbance in the 1400 block of Elmwood saw a man they recognized. Daniel A. Obregon, 21, of 1414 Elmwood, had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Berwyn, so he was arrested/ The other subjects involved in the disturbance were sent on their way. They explained the incident by stating they were all friends who were just “playing around and being a little too loud”.
