Lincoln impounded for extreme loudness

An officer saw a black 1998 Lincoln heading north on East with music much louder than necessary to be heard 75 feet away. The driver, 50-year-old Ruben Salgado, Jr., of Cicero, said he had no license or any other ID on his person. He was arrested and the Lincoln impounded. Butts of marijuana “blunts” totalling 5.8 grams were found in the Lincoln. He was fined $500 for the noise violation. He was also ticketed for not having his license and for having tinted windows.
