Lack of tail lights leads to Chicago woman’s arrest

An officer saw a 1997 Nissan Altima westbound in the 7000 block of Cermak with no tail lights and expired registration. The driver, 30-year-old Maria V. Castillo of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license, expired plates, no tail lights and no insurance.
