Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Oak Park Avenue , where they found a 21-year-old woman claiming another woman made telephone threats to her, including threats to damage her vehicle. Police called the other woman, who lives in the 2700 block of Elmwood. She explained the threats by saying she was “just kidding”.
