Junk-laden truck towed, Chicago scavenger stymied

A tan Mazda pickup traveled northbound in the 1900 block of Wisconsin/Maple alley, with a large amount of metal junk obscuring the driver’s rear view, then continued through the 1800 block alley too. Police stopped driver Noe Garcia, 21, of the 2400 block of south Drake, Chicago, and arrested him. The truck was towed. Garcia was charged with prohibited alley traffic, obstructed view, no license ever, and no insurance. He also got a local ordinance ticket for scavenging sans permit.
