Girl brawl at Wings

Theresa Saucedo, 29, of Brookfield, was charged with battery after she allegedly punched a woman in the face, pulled her hair and brained her with a bottle at Wings in the 6500 block of Cermak.
Fight spills out of tavern

Police charged Joanne Rios, 40, of the 2400 block of Gunderson, with domestic battery after she and Ronald Chavanicci attacked her husband on the sidewalk outside Bootlegs tavern in the 2700 block of Ridgeland. Chavanicci, of the 2100 block of Oak Park Ave, was charged with battery for head-butting the man while his wife punched him in the face. Both attackers appeared to be “highly intoxicated” and all three had been ejected from the bar.
Burglary attempt

A man looking out his dining room window observed a burglar attempting to open passenger his car door after exiting from “an older-model Ford Explorer.” He described the man as Hispanic, 20 years old wearing a hoodie. A locked car door thwarted the attempt.
Graffiti

Graffiti was discovered on three residences in the 1500 block of Highland.
Pitbulls come in from the cold

Two lost seven-month old-pitbull pups with no collars or tags entered a residence in the 2500 block of Home. Police took the dogs to A-American for safekeeping.
Residential Burglary

A radio and a set of keys were stolen from a basement apartment in the 6800 block of Windsor. Police said the rear door was open and the door frame appeared damaged.
