Impounded for noise

A silver Ford pickup truck was stopped in the 6200 block of Cermak for violating Berwyn’s noise ordinance. Driver Carlos A. Sosa, 28, of the 2100 block of 61st Ave., Cicero, was issued a $500 noise ticket. He refused to sign the ticket, and also refused to sign the tow form when the vehicle was impounded.
